Service cancellations must be provided in writing. For public events, registration transfers are permitted up to 7 days before the event, but refunds are generally not provided unless specified.

3. Liability

Evergreen Group acts as an event coordinator. Participants in physical events like marathons do so at their own risk. We are not liable for personal health issues or loss of belongings.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and content on this site are property of Evergreen Group and may not be used without explicit permission.
